  • "Service" refers to our chat-enabled commerce and wallet platform through which merchants and customers can interact, transact, and manage payments and loyalty activities.
  • "Merchants" are users who create stores, list products or services, receive payments, and manage loyalty programs.
  • "Customers" are users who purchase products or services through merchant storefronts or chat interactions.
  • Both Merchants and Customers are collectively referred to as "Users."

This Policy applies to all information collected through our Service, including activity on our website, mobile applications, or integrated chat platforms (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp).

We collect both Personal Information and Non-Personal Information to deliver and improve our Service.

  • Usernames and profile information from Telegram, WhatsApp, or other connected platforms.

  • Wallet data, including generated embedded wallet addresses and related metadata (secured with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit).
  • Transaction data and loyalty activity (credits earned, redeemed, or used).
  • Subscription details (e.g., billing status, payment frequency, credits usage).
  • Data related to store setup, product/service listings, and merchant configurations.
  • KYC/AML information for users and businesses, collected through our verification partner (e.g., Sumsub) when required by law.

B. Non-Personal Information

This includes anonymous or aggregated data that does not directly identify you, such as:

  • Device type, operating system, and browser information.
  • Session statistics, feature usage, and performance metrics.
  • Referring/exit pages and URLs.
  • General demographic or behavioral data derived from usage.

  • Comply with legal obligations, including AML and KYC requirements.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your Personal Information. However, we may share information in the following limited circumstances:

A. Service Providers and Partners

We share information with third parties who perform services on our behalf, including:

  • AWS (Amazon Web Services) for hosting and email (AWS SES).
  • WhatsApp Cloud API and Telegram Bot API for messaging interactions initiated by users.
  • Sumsub (or similar verification provider) for identity and business verification where required.
  • Solana blockchain for processing stablecoin (USDC) transactions. (Note: blockchain data is public and immutable; please exercise caution when including personal identifiers on-chain.)

These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements consistent with applicable laws.

B. Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

C. Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to:

  • Comply with applicable laws, subpoenas, or lawful government requests.
  • Enforce our Terms of Use or investigate potential violations.
  • Prevent fraud, address security issues, or protect the rights and safety of users or the public.

We host our infrastructure in the AWS Frankfurt (EU) region. Data may be processed or backed up in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards.

  • TLS 1.2+ encryption for data in transit.
  • Firewalls and access control systems.
  • Periodic security reviews and restricted employee access to personal data.

Despite these safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure. By using our Service, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your Personal Information.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications.
